We use a variety of techniques including Diversified, Gonstead, Activator, Thompson (drop table), Pierce, SOT, Cox, and Toggle Recoil. We often use moist heat packs or the Jeannie Rub massager prior to care to prepare the muscles for the adjustment. We sometimes use a spinolator "roller table" to loosen the joints, or a flexion-distraction table to stretch the discs.
The Y-Strap decompression tool is used to stretch the back to release pressure from the vertebrae along the spine.
This tool helps to stretch the spine with slow and constant force, relaxing the muscles and releasing tension in the back and neck.
This full body stretch uses a neck strap: The Y-Strap adjustment tool, to manually decompress the spine.
Spinal Decompression is a non-surgical treatment option for herniated or bulging discs in the neck and lower back. It can also be helpful in treating spinal stenosis, facet syndrome, sciatica, spondylosis, or even failed spinal surgery. If you are suffering from any of these conditions, don't risk surgery until you have explored this safe and effective treatment.
Massage Therapy is the perfect compliment to chiropractic care. If the muscles that attach to the spine remain tight after an adjustment, the bones will eventually lose some of their correction and pull back out of place. This causes care to take longer or be less effective. For this reason we have massage therapists on staff.

Graston Technique is an innovative, patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. The technique utilizes specially designed stainless steel instruments to specifically detect and effectively treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation. Originally developed by athletes, Graston Technique is an interdisciplinary treatment used by more than 16,000 clinicians worldwide- including physical and occupational therapists, chiropractors, and athletic trainers.
Most athletes are interested in reducing their recovery time following intense exercise or sporting events. Recent scientific studies have shown that lymphatic therapy provides physiological changes that indicate improved muscular recovery. The lymphatic system does not have a pump like the heart does. Air Relax delivers that natural sequential compression and flusher waste, which causes soreness and fatigue in the muscles.
